chocolate buttercream: butter, organic cane sugar, free-range egg whites, chocolate, sea salt

chocolate ganache: Michel Cluizel dark chocolate, whipping cream

Cake lasts up to 5 days in the fridge. Bring to room temperature and make sure buttercream is soft before serving.
