Soft buns with a bit of spice, dried fruit and candied peel, topped with apricot glaze and a fluffy cross of cream cheese frosting!
**Buns shipped up island will come with cream cheese frosting on the side for the customer to apply.
Ingredients
bun: free range eggs, water, cream, organic brown rice flour, tapioca flour, ground almonds, garfava flour, BC honey, butter, house-candied citrus peel, organic dried cranberries, organic dried raisins, yeast, xanthan gum, organic apple cider vinegar, sea salt, organic spices
garnish: cream cheese frosting (icing sugar (contains cornstarch), cream cheese, Callebaut white chocolate, butter, vanilla bean)

Does not contain: gluten, oats, soy
Care
Lasts up to 2 days. Warm up slightly in the microwave or oven before serving to improve the texture.
Freezes well up to a couple of months, depending on storage conditions.
