We bring this adorable feature out for spring, and if you're a fan of soft white cake and buttercream, you'll love it! We layer our fluffy sponge cake with coconut pastry cream and a touch of lemon curd, then cover the whole cake with vanilla buttercream and toasted coconut, then fill the top 'nest' with mini meringue eggs!

We change the flavours of our tasty feature cakes every month or 2, so take advantage while they last! We will contact you if we need to confirm details.

Cakes will be great to serve for at least 4 days after production, and will freeze well up to a month, depending on the storage conditions.
