This is our most popular bread! It's not quite vegan because it does contain honey. The texture is fairly moist and open, and easy to slice. It has a slightly earthy taste from the quinoa, amaranth and hemp hearts, but overall a neutral bread just as good with cheese as with peanut butter and jam!

Care

Shelf life is usually 2-3 days on the counter, or up to 5 days in the fridge. Freezes well up to 3 months in the fridge, depending on storage conditions.
