We juice a lot of lemons for our zesty lemon curd! Try as a topping for pancakes or scones, drizzle over an ice cream sundae or yogurt parfait, or use as a filling for some elegant mini tarts. We use it in the layers of our Lemon Cream Cake and Cupcakes.
