We juice fresh lemons and add a taste of real vanilla bean to round out the tangy flavour of our soft lemon pie filling. Pillowy meringue and flaky pastry offer a delightful contrast of textures. pastry: potato starch, butter, cream cheese, cream, lard, organic brown rice flour, organic ground millet, tapioca flour, guar gum, sea salt, egg wash
filling: water, organic cane sugar, fresh lemon juice, free-range egg yolks, cornstarch, butter, lemon zest, sea salt, vanilla bean (soft meringue garnish)

Care

These pies will last up to 3 days on the counter, or longer in the fridge. Pastry will start to soften after a few days.
