Ingredients

pastry: butter, potato starch, white sugar, organic brown rice flour, organic millet flour, tapioca starch, free-range eggs, xanthan, salt, vanilla bean

filling:
frangipane (organic cane sugar, ground almonds, unsalted butter, free-range eggs, organic sorghum flour, guar, espresso), fruit preserves (fruit, pectin, cane sugar, lemon juice)

Topped with fruit, mirror glaze, and vanilla buttercream ( butter, organic cane sugar, free-range egg whites, vanilla, sea salt)
