Thanksgiving Menu 2019
Pumpkin season has begun, and we're already harvesting, roasting and pureeing local Cinderella pumpkins to go into our smooth pumpkin filling. We have lots of tasty features this fall, and here's a preview of our feature product menu for this Thanksgiving so you can plan ahead!
Herb & Garlic Vega Bread - our Vega Bread with roasted garlic cloves and organic herbs, available Fridays Sept 27, Oct 4 & 11
Stuffing Mix - 300g bags of cubes (about 3 cups) made from our mixed dried breads & organic herb mix (make sure to reserve some ahead if you need this!), $8 per bag
Pumpkin Tarts - made with our buttery cinnamon frolla pastry
Butter Tarts - brandied maple filling & raisins
Spiced Carrot Cake/Cupcakes - carrot cake, cream cheese frosting with orange & cardamom
German Chocolate Cake/Cupcakes - chocolate cake, coconut/almond/walnut caramel, chocolate fudge frosting
Caramel Apple Cake - almond cake, caramel & apples, cinnamon buttercream.
Sponge Cupcakes with Blackberry buttercream

Ordering for Thanksgiving Weekend
We get pretty busy this weekend and highly recommend ordering ahead before the cut-off to make sure you get what you need!
In order to properly organize ingredients and labour for the increased production, we implement early order cut-offs before the big feast holidays.
This year we will be cutting off pre-Thanksgiving orders at 10:30am on Wednesday October 9. So, if you’ll be shopping on Oct 10 - 12, you may wish to plan ahead.
After this cut-off we will sell products on a first come, first served basis only - no reserving unless you’ve placed an order before cut-off. We'll make lots though!
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Monday.
