Peach Frangipane Tart with Ginger Buttercream

September is here, and we're excited for the return of some fall favourites.
Butter Tarts are back this week and will continue to Christmas! Pumpkin pies and tarts will return this month, and we'll be making special batches of our Herb & Garlic Vega bread. Check out our Thanksgiving Menu to plan ahead!

After Thanksgiving we'll start making another annual favourite - our Fruitcakes, made with Krupnik honey liqueur, organic dried fruit, and our own candied citrus.


For cakes, we are starting off the month with a Sacher Torte, which features chocolate cake, brandied peach & apricot preserves, chocolate buttercream and ganache. Mid September you'll see a couple new features:
Lemon Lavender Cake & Cupcakes - light sponge cake infused with lemon & lavender, layered with lemon lavender curd and vanilla bean buttercream.
Chai Velvet Cake & Cupcakes - ‘red’ velvet cake without the red colouring, layered with pear preserves and chai spiced buttercream.
