frolla pastry: butter, potato starch, organic cane sugar, organic brown rice flour, organic ground millet, tapioca starch, free-range eggs, organic cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt (may be flavoured with lemon zest, organic cocoa, or organic cinnamon, depending on feature)
fruit preserves: fruit/berries, organic cane sugar, water, lemon juice, pectin
almond frangipane: organic cane sugar, ground almonds, unsalted butter, free-range eggs, organic sorghum flour, vanilla bean, lemon zest, sea salt
buttercream*: butter, organic cane sugar, free-range egg whites, flavour (fruit puree, tea, chocolate, or nuts etc), sea salt
*occasionally we will feature our frangipane tarts baked with extra fruit instead of topped with buttercream
