Feature tart

Our shortcrust frolla pastry is more delicate than our pie pastry but just as buttery. Some standard flavours we'll feature at certain times of the year are lemon lavender, lemon meringue, lemon with berries, pumpkin, and butter tarts & mincemeat tarts for Christmas season of course! Contact us to find out current flavours available.

Ingredients:

frolla pastry: butter, potato starch, organic cane sugar, organic brown rice flour, organic ground millet, tapioca starch, free-range eggs, organic cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt (may be flavoured with lemon zest, organic cocoa, or organic cinnamon, depending on feature)
