Origin mixed bread crumbs (sifted fine), potato starch, sea salt, smoked paprika, celery seed, organic spices

Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees F.
Cut raw meat into the size pieces you want. If you're working with boneless meat, such as the pork tenderloin pictured below, you could pound the pieces flatter with a mallet so they cook faster.
Avocado halves would be a great vegetarian option!
Put some coating mix into a bag and mix in some oil (about 1 tbsp oil per cup mix). Rinse the meat pieces with water before putting into bag and shaking to coat. Alternatively, you could dip them in egg or buttermilk before coating.
Place on greased or parchment lined baking sheet and bake until cooked through.
