These little quiche are an easy and delicious lunch choice, made in a 4" gluten-free pastry shell.
Great to stock in your freezer for light dinners, or holiday brunches too!


pastry: cream cheese, butter, potato starch, whipping cream, organic brown rice flour, organic ground millet, tapioca starch, sea salt

filling for vegetarian: custard (free-range eggs, cream, sea salt, black pepper), cheese, spinach, seasonal vegetables, organic thyme

filling for meat: custard (free-range eggs, cream, sea salt, black pepper), cheddar, Red Barn Market bacon, spinach, organic thyme

Does not contain: gluten, oats, soy, corn, nuts (depending on filling)


Lasts up to 5 days in the fridge. To serve, warm in the oven at 375 degrees 7-10 minutes or until centre is hot.
These freeze well up to a month, depending on storage conditions.
