Soft frangipane, fruit and a layer of fruit preserves baked into our delicate frolla pastry crust. We recommend ordering a side of buttercream to garnish the top of your tarts!

frangipane (organic cane sugar, ground almonds, unsalted butter, free-range eggs, organic sorghum flour, guar, espresso), fruit preserves (fruit, pectin, cane sugar, lemon juice)

Topped with fruit, mirror glaze, and vanilla buttercream ( butter, organic cane sugar, free-range egg whites, vanilla, sea salt)
