Almond Cake: free-range eggs, almond marzipan paste, butter, organic cane sugar, arrowroot flour, tapioca flour, organic garfava flour, organic sorghum flour, organic baking powder, sea salt, guar gum

Buttercream  
butter, white sugar, free-range egg whites, vanilla bean, sea salt, strawberry preserves

Strawberry Preserves 
organic cane sugar, strawberry, water, lemon juice, pectin

Allergens
Does not contain: gluten, corn, soy

Care

Cakes will be great to serve for at least 4 days after production, and will freeze well up to a month, depending on the storage conditions.
