This is our most popular bread! It's not quite vegan because it does contain honey. The texture is fairly moist and open, and easy to slice. It has a slightly earthy taste from the quinoa, amaranth and hemp hearts, but overall a neutral bread suitable to cheese or jam!

Shelf life is usually 2 days on the counter, or up to 5 days in the fridge.
