CONFIRMATION & SPECIAL ORDERS

If we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call.
*If you do not receive confirmation, please try us again, as we may not have received your order.

If you are placing a custom or large order, or picking up after 4pm, we ask for prepayment or credit card information.
There will be an additional charge for custom orders.
For cancelling custom or large orders we require notice by 3pm the business day prior; otherwise, the amount will be charged to your credit card.

We make beautiful wedding cakes and celebration cakes too! We do require much more notice than for a normal cake order, and wedding orders are processed through our Pandora location. Contact Jill Olson for details - j.olson@originbakery.com, or 250-590-4149.

We offer wholesale orders for delivery or pick-up.
