If you miss the 3pm order cut-off please call the bakery to see if we can reserve items for you.
We will require your name, phone number, and order details (items, date & time of pick-up, special requests if possible, etc).
We accept orders for special items until 3pm the business day before pick-up.
We accept reservations of products already made anytime until pick-up, except Saturdays* (see below).
We accept cake orders until 3pm, 2 business days before pick-up. See the 'Cake' section in our Product Menu for more details.
We do have a limited selection of 6" cakes available to reserve each day from our display case.
If we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call.
*If you do not receive confirmation, please try us again, as we may not have received your order.
Cake order cancellations for prepaid cakes:
- over 48 hours notice to receive full refund
- 24-48 hours notice to receive full in-store credit
- with less than 24 hours notice, no refund/credit issued
We will not have all the items from our product menu available each day, but some items can be made available by ordering ahead of time.
Check out our Fresh Sheet to see what we have available currently, and feel free to make requests to see if we can do something besides what you see in our list.
In order to prevent spoilage with unclaimed orders, our policy is to hold orders no later than 4pm, unless prepaid. To reserve later than 4pm we will accept credit payment over the phone or in-store payment with cash/credit/debit; in this case, orders can be picked up until we close at 5:30pm.
Due to limited storage space and quality control, pre-paid unclaimed orders will be held up to 48 hours. After then, if we still have not been contacted, the order will be donated to a local food bank. Re-ordering will require payment again.
We are able to accommodate call-in reservations of products Tuesdays through Fridays; however, on Saturdays we do not accept same-day reservations (prepaid or not). If you need to reserve items on Saturday we recommend placing an order prior to that day.
If you are placing a custom or bulk order we ask for prepayment or credit information.
There will be an additional charge for custom orders.
Yes we make beautiful wedding cakes! We do require more notice than for a normal cake order, and wedding orders are processed through our Colwood location. Contact Jill Olson for details - email@example.com, or 250-590-8948.
Does your church need gluten-free bread for communion? We offer a 30% discount on our baguettes and focaccia bread for communion use at local churches.
Please contact us to register your church ahead of time on our communion orders list. To receive the discount, your church must be registered, and orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of pick-up.
We offer wholesale orders for delivery once a week, on Wednesdays (orders for pick-up from our Colwood location may be available on other days).

If you are placing an order, we will ask for necessary personal information: this includes your name, phone number, and sometimes credit information.
Your privacy is important to us, and we will never disclose this information to a third party.
We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Please note that no data security measures can be guaranteed completely effective.
We do not keep personal information on file at the bakery. We will require the information each time you place an order with us.
After being used for the necessary time, order pages containing your information are regularly destroyed. Feel free to contact us for further clarification and information.
If an item is unsatisfactory due to an error on our part,
contact us within 48 hours of purchasing it.
Items in question must be returned for possible full exchange/credit.
If item is returned we will offer a store credit for full price of the same product, or 50% off the price of a similar product.
If item is not returned, we offer 50% off the price for the same product or type of product.
If we are contacted after 48 hours of the purchase, we may offer 50% off the same or similar item.
We make a variety of products with a range of different tastes since we know not everyone likes the same thing.
We do not accept product returns if you are dissatisfied due to personal taste, since we are unable to resell a food item.
If you would like to sample a bread beforehand, please contact us a day before and we'll make sure to have samples available for your visit the following day.
Please inform staff if you are avoiding any other allergens besides gluten (ie - dairy, eggs, etc).
We have ingredient binders available in-store, and you will find ingredients on this website by clicking on item names in the product menu.
All sales are final, unless there is an error on our part, so make sure you have chosen the appropriate products before purchasing.
