How to order:
- Check out what we have available on our Fresh Sheet. Find out more about our items by looking at our yummy Product Menu. You can click on most of the product names to see a list of ingredients as well.
- Place your order (*see further conditions below) by emailing orders@originbakery.com, or calling 250-590-4149.
Include your name, phone number, and order details (items, date & time of pick-up, special requests etc).
- Once we have all the necessary information, the order will be confirmed in a response email or phone call.
Orders are taken at least a day before pick-up (for cakes we require 48 hours notice, refer below under 'Cakes'); please place your order before 3pm.
If ordering for Tuesday, place your order by Saturday since we are
closed Sundays & Mondays.
If we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call.
*If you do not receive confirmation, please try us again.
We will not have all the options of sweets on our product menu available each day, but feel free to make requests to see if we can do something, and check out our Fresh Sheet to see what we have on hand.
If ordering breads, pick-up will vary between 8am - noon, depending on the production schedule of the different varieties.
*If you order 12 or more of 1 type of bread loaf, receive 10% off! Discount only applies to orders placed in advance of the pick-up date.
In order to prevent spoilage with unclaimed orders, our policy is to hold orders no later than 4pm, unless prepaid. We will accept credit payment over the phone or in-store payment with cash/credit/debit; in this case, orders can be picked up anytime during our business hours (7:30am-5:30pm).
If you are placing a custom or bulk order we ask for prepayment as well.
We are able to accommodate call-in reservations of products Tuesdays through Fridays; however, on Saturdays we do not accept same-day reservations. If you need to reserve items on Saturday we recommend placing an order prior to that day.
Due to limited storage space and quality control, pre-paid unclaimed orders will be held up to 48 hours. After then, if we still have not been contacted, the order will be donated to a local food bank. Re-ordering will require payment again.
Wholesale Orders
We are not accepting new wholesale clients at this time. To find out more, you are welcome to contact Marion at marion@originbakery.com.
Returns and Exchanges
If an item is unsatisfactory due to an error on our part,
contact us within 48 hours of purchasing it.
Items in question must be returned for possible full exchange/credit.
If item is returned we will offer a store credit for full price of the same product, or 50% off the price of a similar product.
If item is not returned, we offer 50% off the price for the same product or type of product.
If we are contacted after 48 hours of the purchase, we may offer 50% off the same or similar item.
