Here you will find the basic nutritional profile of each of our breads. Servings are based on 1/2" slices (16 per loaf) of the loaves, 1/4 of the baguette, and 1/6 of the focaccia round.
You'll find ingredients listed in order of weight by clicking on the individual bread icons in the bread menu.
Most of our gluten-free flours are freshly ground each week by Millstone Farm & Organics, and Saltspring Sunrise, and any seeds in these breads are freshly ground before mixing into the breads.
