It's time to get festive, and if you're looking for a holiday party, we recommend this one! The Island Chefs' Collaborative along with 17 Black Events is presenting their annual Christmas Shaker.

The Shaker is going to be even bigger this year, taking place at the Ogden Point Pier A building at Victoria's cruise ship terminal. This expansive space, used primarily as a marine hangar, will be transformed into a magical venue for an intimate and exclusive cocktail party experience.

Your ticket will get you a delicious selection of canapes from some of Victoria's best chefs, and quality cocktails by 18 of Victoria's top bartenders (2 drinks included - additional cocktails, beer and wine can be bought for only $3 each).
Origin will be making mini profiteroles filled with frozen coffee cream, nestled with dark chocolate on top of crisp salted cocoa nib brittle.

Live music by local band The Broken Strings will keep you in the mood for dancing. Whether you are planning a fun night out with friends or a holiday party for your staff, get your tickets soon before they sell out! Tickets only sold in advance so plan ahead.

The Island Chefs' Collaborative is a community based non-profit organization dedicated to a sustainable local food and agriculture system on Vancouver Island, and the Gulf Islands. They have partnered with FarmFolk CityFolk and VanCity to offer $100,000 in zero interest microloans to farmers and processors. Funds raised go towards supporting the administration and interest rebates for the loans.
