We call this bread 'hype' because it is our most hypoallergenic bread. If you are on an elimination diet but can still have yeast and honey, this bread will mostly likely work with that diet. Its texture is moist and springy, so it holds together well for sandwiches. It has a 'brown bread' flavour from the teff and buckwheat flours and is garnished with quinoa flakes.
