No need to waste unsold bread, we transform it into crispy crumbs. Try adding these to meatballs, on top of a casserole or gratin, or use to bread your own chicken, fish or pork! These crumbs should last for months stored in a dry cool place; they can be 'refreshed' by spreading on a baking sheet and crisping in a low oven (250-300 degrees F) for 10 - 20 minutes.
500g bags for $10.

Crispy cubes toasted with just a little bit of olive oil and salt. Try in salads, soups, casseroles or use for stuffing. If they are getting stale, you can refresh them by toasting them in a low temperature oven.
250g bags for $6.25.

Our fluffy vanilla flavoured marshmallow cubes melt in your mouth! Great added to hot chocolate, melted into rice krispy squares, bruleed on top of brownies, or just as they are. Also dairy/egg-free!
Bags/24 for $4.34

We carry several changing varieties of artisan bars sourced by David Mincey at The Chocolate Project (shop his whole collection at the Hudson).
We also carry artisanal bars locally made by Sirene.

If you're not sure what to get somebody, let them do the choosing! Paper gift cards redeemable at either location.

*We are not able to properly redeem the brown plastic gift cards we sold from 2011 - 2013 before rebranding and changing our POS systems. We kept our old account active for a year after changing systems and cards so we could access customers' balances to transfer to new paper gift cards; however, with our current system we are no longer able to check those former balances. Unfortunately, we had no contact information for card holders, so efforts to notify our customers were made on several occasions over that transitional period of time through various social media posts, website posts and in-store signage. If you were not aware of these notifications and still have one of these old gift cards, please contact us. We have been informed by Consumer Protection BC to compensate customers at our discretion in this situation, and we find it reasonable to replace these cards with a new card valued up to $20.
